Frequently asked questions
I got an email that my order has shipped. Why isn't it showing any tracking information?
You will receive an email letting you know your package has been shipped when your order has been packed and prepped to be picked up by the carrier. Please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
I placed an order with the incorrect shipping address.
Packages can ONLY be shipped to the address on the original order. If you notice an incorrect address after your purchase please notify us immediately for a cancellation and resubmit the order with the corrected address.
If you notice your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address you can use www.usps.com to: create a temporary mail forward or intercept and reroute your package (there is a charge for this service). You can also contact the post office directly to locate your package and have it held for pick up.
If your package is returned to sender a refund will be given less the cost of the shipping.
I need to change/edit/add an item/write a gift message/combine orders...
Once your order has been placed no changes can be made. This includes but is not limited to: address corrections, item changes, color changes, addition of items to order, and addition of gift message.
All orders are processed and shipped through my website so they are unable to be edited or combined once placed.
