Frequently asked questions
Will you paint people?
I actually do not paint people! I specialize in pets and places. It takes a special talent to watercolor people, and I don't think I have it just yet! I will paint silhouettes or the backs of people. I specifically do not paint faces!
Sizing details
Portraits can be sized in any way. The largest paper I stock is 18"x24", but I can order larger! Message me with your ideas. Printed items can be up to 8.5" x11".
Gift wrapping and packaging
Paintings are shipped in cardboard mailers inside a plastic sleeves with a chipboard backing. Gift wrapping is available as an ADD ON! I will wrap the items in a neutral wrapping paper with ribbon. I will also include a card with your gift message.
Wholesale availability
Digital downloads are for personal use and not intended for resale. Wholesale items for resale can be discussed. Please message me with your inquiry.
Rush orders
The rush fee moves your order ahead of everyone else in my queue. Rush orders are non refundable. Keep in mind the rush time does NOT include shipping time and I encourage you to upgrade your shipping method. Rush orders are impacted by time it takes to receive your information/details/photos, etc, shipping time or delay of any needed materials, communication times during proofing approvals, etc. Some of these may cause your order to take longer than anticipated, but the rush fee still applies and will not be refunded.
Turnaround time
Turnaround time is specific to the item ordered. Turnaround time is the time it takes me to MAKE the item BEFORE it is shipped. Shipping time is an additional amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered to you by a mail carrier. Turnaround time STARTS once an item is PURCHASED, not discussed.
