How it started:

After a year of being a stay at home mom, Carly found herself itching to have "something" of her own. Designing prints was a quiet hobby that could be done during her son's naptime. That hobby quickly turned into a passion and a desire to fill homes with a little bit of happiness through her prints.

Returns and exchanges
If your item arrives in the package damaged (ripped, bent, or wet) please contact me about exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the item. A photo of the damage to both the item and the package will be mandatory. If damage occured during shipping I will give you an exchange of the same item.

Returns or exchanges will not be made for an item that you no longer want. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than shipping damages.
Payments can be made through PayPal or Etsy Direct by credit card.

Payments must be received within 3 days of purchase. After the 3rd day, I will send another invoice. If no response or payment is received on the 5th day from purchase, the transaction will be cancelled. This is just to ensure that Linen +Ink runs efficiently and items can be mailed in a timely manner.

CUSTOM ORDERS: After payment is received, I will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your options for the item. After I have all the information from you, I will send you a proof of your item within another 24 hours. You may request changes to be made to the custom order once after the first proof. After your final approval, your item will be mailed to you.

The buyer may only cancel the order before the item has been shipped. If the item has been marked as shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
The item will be shipped within 4-5 business days after payment is received. Item will be shipped First Class through USPS, unless otherwise stated. A tracking code will be provided for you to track your order through Linen +Ink is not responsible for the date of delivery after it has been given to the USPS. However, if your order has not arrived or appears "lost" in transit 10 days after the expected delivery date, Linen + Ink will work with you to best remedy the situation.

***For expedited shipping please message me BEFORE purchasing the item so I can adjust the shipping costs. Also, if you would like insurance or tracking with your item please message me before purchase so the costs can be adjusted.

ETSY will provide a download link for digital items immediately after purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
NOTE: The colors of the prints may be slightly different than they appear on the screen or in photos. I do everything possible to ensure that the listing correctly and honestly reflects the item you will receive. With that being said, items that you feel do not reflect the listing you purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the received item is grossly different than the listing item.

FOR DIGITAL CARD PURCHASES & CUSTOM ORDERS- After payment is received I will contact you within 24 hours to get the information needed for your item. I will send the first proof of the design by email within 24 hours of receiving the information from you. You can request changes to be made once. If I don't hear back from you within 48 hours of sending the first proof, I will send you the final product (as I see best) and the transaction will be complete. Again this is only to keep the shop running smoothly and timely.
