Story of a passion!
I am an artist of training and heart. I did engraving (lithography, etching, screen printing) in a professional workshop in Montreal for several years. I exhibited, solo and in groups with renowned artists, then obtained grants, had works purchased by the Musée des beaux-arts de Québec and the Canada Council for the Arts... All this before being literally caught up in the design and held in suspense for 26 years! I have worked hard in design and project management in the museum field and had the chance to collaborate on more than 125 exhibitions.
And here I am at Etsy to offer my drawings! For almost 3 years I have started a change of course, both personally and professionally. Times are difficult for the world of culture in Quebec and contracts are becoming rarer.
So it allows me to get back to drawing and have fun like a crazy little one with color, movement, shapes, my imagination...
My wish? May you have as much pleasure in owning a proof of one of my drawings as I have to commit them!
