Welcome to Lingonberry Cottage!

» I always do my best to give the most accurate & straightforward information about each item in my shop. Any condition issues are honestly described & included in the photos.

» Please keep in mind that vintage items are not new items--they're 20 or more years old. Most have imperfections ranging from "gently used" to "quite rustic" & everything in between. Colors may be a bit different because computer monitor settings tend to vary.

» Please let me know ASAP if you have any questions about or problems with your order.

» RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me right away! I will refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping) after it is returned to me, providing that:

• you contact me before you return the item,

• you return it within 1 week of receiving your order & that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

• you carefully re-wrapped & ship via USPS First Class with a Trackable Number or USPS Priority Mail,

• it is understood that Lingonberry Cottage is not responsible for any return and/or resend shipping charges

» Lingonberry Cottage accepts PayPal and Direct Checkout (all major credit cards).

» Wisconsin residents will be charged an additional 5.5% sales tax.

Shipping
» Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

» All items are very carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts & shipped in a sturdy carton or bubble mailer. I use top quality, new shipping materials.

» I will ship to the address you provide on your Etsy order--please make sure that it's correct! I'll enclose an invoice in your order. If you prefer a gift receipt that doesn't include the price, please note that when you check out.

» Most smaller/lighter orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $50.00 insurance.

» For larger/heavier boxes, I may use First Class or USPS Retail Ground, both with a trackable number & added insurance.

» I may ship your order in more than one box if I determine that it is safer for your items (a set of glassware, for example) to do so.

» YES, shipping fees will be combined for orders of more than one item! You can always contact me before placing your order for the most accurate estimate for orders with multiple items.

» If you are overcharged by more than $2.00-$3.00 per box for shipping your order, you can be assured that I will automatically REFUND the difference!

» Customers from ALASKA & HAWAII: Shipping charges to your state may be a bit higher than those to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact me prior to placing your order so I can adjust the shipping fees on your invoice. (I can also give you a shipping quote before you place your order, if you'd like)

» Please understand that Lingonberry Cottage is not responsible for lost or damaged items on uninsured orders.

» DAMAGED ITEMS: If your order was was damaged in transit, please contact me ASAP! Retain the damaged item & all packing materials. If your order was insured, you will need these to process your insurance claim with the USPS.
