Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with the quality of the item I am happy to offer an exchange or refund if notified within 1 week of receiving the order. If it is not the quality but a change of heart that is the reason then postage costs for the return will not be refunded. Refunds are put through once I have received the return.
Payment
The deadline for payment is 24 hours.
Cancelling an order is possible if done within 5 hours of placing it. If the order is cancelled after the parcel has been shipped I will offer a refund in exchange for the parcel being sent back to me.
Shipping
Gift wrapping is available free of charge on request. I am happy to ship to a separate address as a gift.
I usually ship the same or the following working day and if delayed will contact you. I ship with Royal Mail standard airmail delivery anywhere in the world.
For the moment I don't offer expedited or courier delivery (but convo me if you have special requirements and we can work something out.) Orders are not trackable and the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or customs fees incurred.
