Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. If your piece has been damaged in transit or appears defective, contact us and we will send a replacement piece or offer store credit.

Regular Listing Terms:
We accept PayPal transactions, with the balance due at the time of order.

Custom Order Terms:
Please contact us with your ideas, requests, and/or inspirations, and if we feel that we can fulfill your wishes, we'll instruct you to purchase one of our "Custom Order" listings. Once we see the order come through, we will work feverishly to construct your order. When it is complete, your order will be packaged and sent!

International Shipping:
We would love to ship your piece anywhere in the world - please contact us for a shipping quote to your location. Shipping costs and times vary greatly by region. Customs slips will list the item(s) in the package and the price paid. Because of the unpredictable and constantly changing nature of import tariffs, customer is responsible for all sales taxes due at pick-up.

Shipping

We ship most items via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation, unless you request otherwise. Orders within the continental U.S. generally take about 3-5 days to arrive from our shipping date.

We can create custom orders with upgraded shipping. Upgrade fees vary by the size of the piece.

Our cake toppers are packed very carefully into cardboard boxes with recyclable packing materials to be sure that they arrive safely.
