This brooch was exactly as described. Marie was super nice and easy to work with. The pin arrived quickly and has fast become my favorite one. Couldn't be happier!

I like the look of this item - the elegance - the size - condition - the fact that it is a one-off. - the fact that it is vintage and has a certain unique charm. I was very pleased with the seller who shipped it promptly. I knew it would take a while, coming from overseas - but it has arrived safely and was well packaged. Thank you.

Payment
For custom bouquets I require a 50% deposit once you have approved of a brooch collection that matches your colors, style and budget. Once the bouquet is finished I create a custom listing on Etsy for the balance along with shipping charges.
Shipping
I always ship via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make you happy, so I am happy to take returns if you are not 100% thrilled with your "Pre-Made" bouquet.

If your bouquet was a "Custom" creation I can take returns and issue a full refund if I am able to resell the bouquet to another buyer (refund will be processed at the time of the new sale). Or, if you wish, I can dismantle the bouquet to put the brooches back into my inventory at which time I will immediately issue a 50% refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Brooch Bouquets will last a lifetime but sometimes damage does happen... so, I offer a LIFETIME GUARANTEE where if you need your bouquet repaired for any reason, just ship it back to me and I am happy to make any possible repairs to brooches and/or ribbon - you just pay shipping charges.
