Please be aware that these robots are made from new and old materials, and as such you may see scratches, scrapes, chipped and pealing paint, and dented metal among other natural ware and tear that may have been caused to the pieces used to make this robot.

This robot is not a toy, it is fragile, and should be handled gently and with care.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your robot, you can return it for a full refund.
Lipson Robotics accepts PayPal and personal checks, and credit cards.
PayPal payment is required within 3 days of purchase. If you're paying with a check, your order will be sent out once the check has been received and clears.
I usually ship Fed Ex ground. Insurance is included.
If you would like expedited delivery, contact me and I will arrange it.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please let me know so I can make it right.
