Payment
If you do not have an account with PayPal, you can easily pay for your purchase by credit card through the PayPal web site.
Payment must be received within 24 hours. If there is a problem in payment please let me know otherwise if payment is not received within 24 hours, I will cancel the sale.
Shipping
All UK items are sent by Royal Mail special delivery. This is a tracked service and is insured. Items of smaller value will have cheaper postal options at checkout. International standard postage is Royal Mail Track and trace where possible, and tracked or signed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund if you change your mind - if you decide you no longer want the item, please email me within 7 days of delivery and please return within 14 days of delivery. Delivered in original re-saleable condition and packaging. Return postage costs will be met by yourself.

All items carry a workmanship guarantee of 1 month, (unless item misused) I will either repair the item, replace or give refund, upon examining the item.

If the 1 month guarantee is over, I can repair an item at nominal cost. Postage costs will be paid by yourself.

All items will be delivered by trackable postage, if any losses occur I will file a claim with the Post Office, upon a refund from the PO, I will then refund or replace your item.
