Lisa was beyond helpful.
I ordered her print as a gift for my sister-in-law for Mother’s Day. The first attempt at shipping was returned to the print shop because it was damaged in the mail. She was quick to respond to messages. I offered to pay for a second shipping (economy is hard for all of us in a pandemic), but she refused and sent a second without delay. Just when we both thought my order couldn’t get any “crazier,” the second shipping was returned too. Apparently there was trouble delivering to the apartment address provided. I felt awful, but having such great rapport with Lisa already, I reached out to her again. I asked about sending it a third time to my personal address after which I’d hand deliver the print to my sister-in-law. She kindly obliged. The print is GORGEOUS! Thank you, Lisa for going above and beyond!
