Thank you for visiting my shop. It is so important to me that you love your final product. This means that I am scrutinous about quality, listen well to understand my clients' needs, and strive to provide outstanding service and beautiful, functional design.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, or find that it isn't what you thought it would be, please let me know. I want you to be absolutely satisfied. If it is a design matter, we can change it. If it is a printed item, designs cannot be changed after the proof approval process. If your return is a result of a printing or shipment flaw, the items must be returned in their entirety, up to 10 days from purchaser's receipt of goods. The refund will not include shipping costs to or from purchaser.
Note that if you DO have a return, I advise that you insure it, as I do not refund items that do not come back to me.

Last, if an issue arises, contact me. If I know that you are unhappy, I will do what I can to make the situation better.
PayPal is my preferred method of payment as it means a speedier production process, however, I do accept personal checks and money orders, and will begin the production process upon completion of payment.
Your premade design files will be sent via email approximately 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. For custom orders, you will receive an email with a standard questionnaire, and an approximate lead time on your custom design product.

Printed invites or announcements are typically sent USPS mail, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be billed or posted in a custom order listing with costs determined by quantity of printed items and shipping location. If you request an alternate shipping method, additional shipping charges may apply. If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation, please indicate so in your order.

For customers outside of the United States, please convo me to discuss shipping prices.

If you need something rush delivered or with special instructions, please let me know.
