A little information about my shop~

All jewelry items are shipped in beautiful condition, polished and clean and in a new quality gift box.

Most pendants will come with a 14K gold chain. You can purchase pendants without a chain and I will adjust the pendant to a lower price. Please ask about a different length or style pendant chain if preferred.

I have a large selection of beautiful jewelry that I individually researched and selected for my shop. I try to be fair with my pricing but please don't hesitate to ask about an items price, if I can I will see if there is any room to negotiate the price.

I try to list items quickly. If you have any questions about the size of an item, additional pictures or any other questions, please ask. I have coins as a size of measurement in some photos, tape measure, myself, my mannequin and actual measurements.

All parts of my shop are important, pictures, descriptions.....your happiness with your purchase.

Customer service is a big part of making sure you are happy with your jewelry purchase. Customer service is my highest rated part of my business on Etsy. I treat people how I would want to be treated. With excellent custom service you will get your questions answered quickly. Your packages shipped right away, jewelry is always clean and in beautiful condition, packaged well and with care. I answer messages back almost immediately, after midnight even! I have a lot of International clients that I want to answer right away also.

I do ship Internationally. I usually ship with USPS shipping but I use other ways of shipping if needed.

You can feel secure knowing that your jewelry item was professionally graded and inspected by a Graduate Gemologist credentialed by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
