I initially found these puzzles through Kickstarter and was particularly interested in the Life puzzle. Even though I knew I wouldn't be able to buy them for at least a month, I contacted Lisa to see if she had any Life puzzles left as none were listed and also if she felt there would still be stock of the others in a month's time. Rather than disregarding my message as a waste of time, Lisa got back to me quickly and was friendly, polite and professional in all of our correspondences. Great purchase! I work front-of-house at a bakery and get compliments on this pin all the time. The pin and backings are heavy and strong, ensuring that the danger donut will not come off to dunk into your coffee, and since there's TWO pins on the back, he won't flip over either!
