Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
• I accept returns and exchanges of an unopened item. Please send me a convo and let me know before you send it back.
• In a rare case of a lost shipment, we will both be notified via the tracking ID website. I will send another package to you immediately.
• PayPal only, please.
• Payment deadline is 3 days after you place your order. If you cannot pay within 3 days, please let me know in advance.
• Every order is shipped registered with tracking ID. You can track your shipment online, every step of the way.
• Your order will be sent to your PayPal address. Please check that address to make sure it is correct.
• If it is a gift, please let me know in advance so I can omit the price information in the package.

Do you have any items in stock but are not listed?
- Generally we list everything we have. Sometimes, items could be sold and are waiting to be relisted. If you see an item you like but could not find the right colors or sizes, please check back in 24 hours to see whether they have been relisted.

Items which are not listed are not in stock / available.

Do you accept checks / money order?
- We only accept PayPal during this time.

What if I want to buy many items, can I have a discount?
- Yes ! Please see the bottom of this section for details.

If I convo you, how long do I have to wait for an answer?
- I reply within 24 hours. During weekends or national holidays, it could take a little longer.

I have a blog and would like to feature your store in my blog.
- Great ! If you need a specific info, just send me a convo, we might even offer your reader a giveaway !

How long is the shipping?
- Your order is shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. This is the most accurate shipping time for economy shipping: Upgrading to an expedite shipping for the US, Australia, Asia and UK (5-7 days) costs $12 additional. Please inquire for expedite shipping elsewhere.

I cannot see an item I want in your store.
- Please send us your suggestions. We'll do our best to look for them.

What if I cannot find the answer to my questions here?
- Please read FAQs for existing orders and our policies. If you still cannot find an answer, please convo us.



Where is my order?
Please see tracking ID and the tracking website in your shipping confirmation convo. If you did not receive this convo, please let me know and I'll resend asap.

What is the most common cause for delayed shipping?
- The receiver did not retrieve the package in time and the post office has to send the package back to us. We need to resend the items. Naturally, this causes a delay. Please look out for a package. If you are not home and you have opted to sign for your packages, your work address might be preferable.

I really like my items and now would like to buy multiples !
- Great ! We're happy to hear. Check out the wholesale section. You might be qualified for special discounts. Let us know in the message to seller that you are a repeat customer, we will send you a free gift :)

I have a question regarding exchanges?
- Please see our refund and exchanges section.


If your package has not arrived within the suggested shipping time, please let me know and I will file a claim with the shipping company and advise you of refund/replacement options. Please remember that per Etsy Policy, "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems. The buyer and seller are urged to file a postal claim in the event of a postal failure."
