Note from shop owner Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday season! As a pretty slow year comes to an end, my shop will not be reopening in 2019. Making banners has been amazing, but the journey has come to an end.

Returns and exchange details
I think you will find that my items are of quality and that you will love your order. However, if there is a reason you are not satisfied please contact me as soon as you receive your order and we can discuss how I can make it right. Refunds are given on a case per case basis.
Payment
I accept PayPal, credit card, and Etsy gift cards. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order via email or Etsy conversation. I will not start to make your order until I have received payment confirmation.

You will be charged 7.25% sales tax if your order is shipped to a California address (as of 1/1/17).
Shipping
IMPORTANT: All orders will be mailed to the address included in your Etsy order. I do not compare the shipping address provided in Etsy to your PayPal address. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. Also, once your package leaves my hands, I can no longer take responsibility for it. A shipment confirmation is sent on every order, which includes a tracking number for you to watch for your package.

All orders will either be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail from California and only ship within the United States. Please check the item you are purchasing to see what the standard shipping method is and upgrade if you wish. I will always refund any shipping overages of $1 or more.

Please keep in mind that your order will take time to make. I am a busy working mom and will do my best to get your order out within the quoted timeframe. Each order has a designated shipping time included in the listing.

I can sometimes accomodate a rush order, so if you need your order shipped by a specific date, please let me know. In some cases, I will charge a rush order fee, starting at $5.

I would love to make you a custom item! If you have something in mind, need a larger quantity, etc. please message me.

All custom orders that require matching to your design require you to purchase the item before I will custom color match. This is due to the time investment I make to ensure you are receiving a product you will be happy with.

If you have ordered a burlap product, please keep in mind that burlap is a natural fiber and will likely fray over time; therefore, only handle by the strings at each end and be careful when moving around. I do not recommend leaving your burlap banner outside for long-term use.

Banners should not be washed or immersed in water. They can be spot cleaned lightly if needed and ironed if they need pressed. Please place a cloth over pennants before ironing anything with felt or lace... they will burn!
