My pottery is one of a kind. Each piece is individual and like no other. Pieces are hand-thrown and hand-crafted.

My work is fragile to ship because it is handmade pottery. I want to ensure that a piece shipped to my customer arrive without breakage. My shipping costs include proper packaging to ensure this.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I'm sorry but at this time I cannot accept refunds or exchanges, please purchase seriously.
Paypal is the easiest way to take and make payment because it gives the customer and the seller a secure way to make a purchase. Paypal means you can pay anyway you see fit.

When I receive your order and Paypal has deposited your payment, I send you a convo to let you know I've received your order, payment and when to expect your order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Send me a message if you are interested in a piece and we can work out the shipping.

I do my best to calculate shipping cost. If the item I ship to you turns out to cost less than what has been quoted, I will include the refund with your order.

If you would like more than one item, the shipping cost will most likely decrease and you can expect a refund.

I will assume the address to ship to is your Etsy address, not your paypal address.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do take custom orders. My process is to work with you to get all the details for the order through email, I then write up a proposal for you to review, ask for a deposit and start the project. I usally ask for 6 weeks to complete because hand-made pottery is a fragile process where drying times vary with the weather and there is always the possibility of a kiln misfire.
