Seller never shipped item and didn't respond to several messages. Had to file a claim on Etsy and Paypal to get my money back. Really disappointed. I sell on Etsy too and it's not that difficult to just cancel/refund an order if you can't fulfill it.

The shoes were in good, used, vintage condition with no structural faults. I did not like that the shipping took so long. I purchased them near the beginning of the month and received this pair of shoes 12.23.13.

bought 2 pairs of shoes from the seller, items not shipped after a week. wrote to seller, no reply. STILL NOT shipped and no reply from the seller after 3 weeks, i begin to wonder if something happened to the seller. then suddenly she writes back "your items shipped" , no apologies, no explanations, no tracking number and the status are not updated on etsy. I have not got the shoes yet through the post so i can't tell you if the shoes lived up to my expectation (or if it will actually arrive?) i just think it's rude on the sellers behalf. you might be away, or busy or going through some personal stuff for whatever reason, if you had taken 3 seconds of your time to let me know i'll be fine, or another 3 seconds to apologies maybe. anyways, this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Had a bit of trouble with communication with the seller who should have put the shop on vacation while she was on vacation. I love the shoes though!

The boots still don't fit but it turned out to be that I didn't understand the sizes in the USA. The shop owner did offer me a good replacement and we have a good and quick mail contact.

everyone's monitors are different. SLIGHT color variation may occur but i try to describe all items as accurately as possible.

returns are not accepted on the basis of an ill fit, and can only be exchanged for future store credit. buyer pays for shipping.
paypal is the preferred method of payment.
you can use a debit/credit card through paypal without even signing up!
i do also accept money orders.
i do not ship paper receipts. if you want/need a receipt you can print or save one.
heels/delicate items, go in recycled /reclaimed boxes or a tyvek bag with bubble wrap.
international buyers, fear not! "buy it now" with the everywhere else option while you are checking out!!!
items usually go out once a week
shipping discounts are refunded through paypal unless otherwise agreed upon.
