4 out of 5 starsUnfortunately the photo falsely depicts the pattern as hues of blues with a contrasting white background which makes the cutting glass board pattern pop. The background is a very, very light hue of opaque blue which is detracting. As a artist, I find this rather unappealing. But I do like the cutting board otherwise and it warmly reminds me of my Mae who passed away in December of 2021 at the age of 100 yrs and 9 months old!. She was from Horta, Faial. I cut bread and cheese on the board and it reinforces the pride I have of my Portuguese heritage of which I have always been very proud of.
