1 out of 5 starsThe seller has poor packaging and the item came broken into 3 pieces. The packaging should be able to withstand all kind of harsh handling. And this is Not my first time buying heavy crystal. But first time receiving damage heavy crystal broken into many pieces. When address to the seller. The seller asked me to do my own claim and all is my responsibility! Waow. Deal with care.

I am sorry your geode is broken, however, you did not report the breakage until 9 days after the package was delivered. You provided NO proof or photos of shipping damage and posted your negative review without responding to any of my offers to look further your loss which leads me to belive it is likely that the item was sadly broken while in your care AFTER safe delivery. I made numerous attempts to contact you and your did not respond. I understand that you are unhappy that your geode is broken but I cannot assist you without communication and some reasonable evidence of shipping damage. Asking a small shop to reimburse you for an item you likely broke yourself is an unreasonable expectation. Posting a negative review and lack of any reasonable communication is unfair to my shop and the Etsy platform.

If you have ordered a crystal skull please allow extra time have time for it to be fully energized on our 13 skull Ascension Grid. Custom energizing is available with your name birthdate and intention. This can take an additional 3 to 5 days as the skulls are charged in the order that they request was received.
Overseas shipping costs.
To ensure the safest and most reliable shipment of your new crystals we use only USPS flat rate International Shipping- which comes with tracking and insurance. Due to the higher cost of this service many International customers wish to purchase a "build a box" system in which they purchase their box and then may take up to 14 days to select additional items to fill the Box before shipping. Always be sure to message me to confirm the cost of shipping as it varies between countries.
Should I purchase additional POSTAL INSURANCE to cover the cost of my item should it break in shipping since crystals can be fragile or breakable?
Yes!! Please message me for a custom listing to purchase shipping insurance for your new crystal BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE. Although we pack each item with care and attention to shipping safety, we cannot guarantee your shipments safe arrival due to circumstances beyond our control.
