**ON THE FIT OF MASKS: If you are having trouble with your head-strap style face mask fitting too tight, you are likely wearing it incorrectly. [ TO WEAR ] Place the top elastic loop at the TOP/BACK of head. **If the band slips down the back of the head, it wasn't placed high enough. Try again at a higher placement. BOTTOM ELASTIC LOOP SHOULD CIRCLE THE NECK. POINTED PORTION of the mask faces UP, and sits atop the nose. Too tight around the nose? Adjust the elastic bands by pulling UP firmly from the sides of each cheek area to make the bottom loop fit more closely against the neck, leaving more length to circle the head. Too loose? Cut the elastic at its binding point, then tie a knot with the two end pieces at your desired tightness.

If your ear-loop style mask fits too loosely, you need to TIGHTEN the adjustable straps by pulling the bead closer to your cheek.

ALL MASKS ARE INTENDED TO FIT SNUGLY AND FLUSH AGAINST THE FACE.

When will my order ship?

Please see your order confirmation email, where you will find your "ship by" date. Currently, this shop is shipping packages within a 1-5 business day processing period on all service classes. Business days are calculated as Monday-Friday in the US. While your order will depart on-time from the Seller, responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier once package is dispatched. If you require a faster delivery expectation and/or package insurance, you will need to upgrade to Priority class shipping at checkout.

What are this shop's shipping details?

Orders receiving free standard shipping depart via USPS First Class service, Monday-Friday. Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email for the package to process into the USPS tracking system. USPS First Class packages are on a general 3-6 day "expected" delivery range by the postal service. However, SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED by USPS, and can take up to three weeks. **NOTE: THE USPS IS EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELIVERY DELAYS ATTRIBUTED TO PANDEMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMELINES.

May I upgrade my shipping to make my order arrive faster?

Yes. Select the "USPS PRIORITY” shipping option at checkout. **NOTE: THE USPS IS EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELIVERY DELAYS ATTRIBUTED TO PANDEMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMELINES.

May I change the shipping speed to an order already placed?

If your order has not already been processed, then yes. Send a request through the Etsy Conversations platform requesting a shipping class upgrade. An additional invoice for the shipping upgrade will be manually created and sent to you.

What do I do about a lost or late package?

Once your shipment leaves the Shop's possession with a tracking number, responsibility for its delivery lies with the USPS. Issues with lost or late packages must be addressed by the Purchaser directly to the carrier, through its Help Request or Claim portal: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm - Seller will provide package details for these claims at Purchaser request.

 SELLER WILL NOT REFUND PURCHASES OR SHIPPING UPGRADE FEES FOR NON-DELIVERY OR LATE DELIVERY BY USPS.

 Standard USPS first-class shipping does NOT include package insurance. Priority service strongly suggested for those who receive mail delivery through an unmanaged community mailroom or similar.

Can you change my shipping address post-purchase?

No. Please use care in entering the correct shipping details at checkout. Etsy advises Sellers against the post-purchase changing of shipping addresses, due to the high possibility of fraud - and will not honor Seller Protection against that advice. If you need to change the shipping address of your order, you must have your transaction canceled, then re-purchase your items (pending current item availability) with the correctly entered address. Please message the Seller via the Etsy Conversations platform for assistance with this.

I got a notice that my package has shipped, but the tracking status reads "pre-transit." What does that mean?

Packages sent by littleKMD are dispatched to the carrier on the same day your shipping label was purchased. Your shipping notification may arrive via email by Etsy's automatic system early in the day, and you may rest assured that the package will be released to the USPS by the end of that day - ahead of the package acceptance cutoff time at the facility.

My package was returned to you as undeliverable, what happens now?

This shop relies on the true and accurate shipping details entered by you during the checkout process. If a package is returned to the shop as undeliverable, you may correct your shipping address and have it sent again for a re-shipping fee of $3.99 - $12.99 for U.S. destinations, and $14.99+ for international destinations.
