Thank you for stopping by the little b handmade. We specialize in jewelry and craft making trinkets. We have been in business since 1994. We are a family company based in the USA. We ship from sunny Florida. We hope you like our items. You may recognize some items in our shop from our other Etsy Store, Purple Mountain Btq., where we sell bulk supplies to make jewelry and gifts.

Cancellation Policy:

We tend to begin each order almost immediately therefore we have a no cancel policy. We apologize but since most customers want their orders shipped as soon as possible we must adhere to this policy.

We offer customized items which means we can not offer them to anyone except you.


You can find your tracking number located at the bottom of your receipt in Etsy. it posts automatically once your order has been processed and labeled. It may take 24 hours to show up in the USPS system.


We can combine shipping on orders of 3 or more items placed through Paypal or Direct Checkout. Please just put in a note at checkout to ask for combined shipping if you are ordering several items. You can include a note requesting "combined first class" or "combined priority".

We sell many items that are at risk of damage if sent in an envelope. The shipping must be enough to cover getting items to you damage free. If 3 or more items are added to your order the shipping may seem to be too much and we can work with you to get you a better shipping rate if it is possible without risking damage during shipping. You can feel confident in placing your order with the higher shipping and asking for the refund.

We will gladly create a custom order for you if you can not find what you are looking for. We prefer to process orders that have items in the cart because our packers are used to seeing pictures that match each item. Custom order receipts that do not show items create a risk of error on our part. We prefer to change a quantity in an existing listing by posting a new listing for the exact item and qty you need. Please send us a link to an item that you need but only if you are sure you want to purchase it. If you send us a list of several special items and we make one custom listing for you we reserve the right to not be responsible for any errors picking your order and we can not be responsible for costs incurred. The reason is that we don't have a picture to go by it is just a difficult transition in our very busy warehouse. Many of the items in our shop have very similar description but are actually different items. We are in the process of coding each item to help in this situation.


Items are shipped without insurance. If you want insurance please convo me, so I can send an updated invoice. Third party Insurance is the only way to receive reimbursement should a package become lost or undelivered. Please ask in an etsy convo if you need further explanation.

If you would like to insure your package, please put a note in at checkout and I will generate a separate invoice for you once we package your order. Seller is not responsible for lost packages. Seller is also not responsible if you input your address incorrectly in accordance with the USPS system at checkout.

We do not send packages with signature confirmation unless buyer requests the service with a note at checkout. Signature confirmation can be an added security to ensure that you receive your package should you not be there to meet the mail carrier when your package arrives. Signature confirmation, added to your insurance add-on option, will give you more peace of mind but is only included by request only.


Please send us a convo with the link to items you would like if the international shipping is not already included in the listing.


We reserve the right to calculate the actual shipping cost based on the order you submit and if the shipping cost turns out to be higher than you were charged we will send you a convo explaining the cost and a paypal request for the additional shipping cost. If you do not agree with the shipping fees you can cancel the order for a full refund. We can offer you First Class International and Priority International options.


You (buyer) will be responsible for any customs/duties charge. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International let us know with a special note at checkout. You will be invoiced for the extra charge after your package is packed and weighed. We will not be responsible for any lost packages that are mailed without insurance.

We can only track your international package until it leaves the US. It is not possible to update you as the package travels to you - I can only provide you with the date it was entered into the United States Postal Service system. It is not even possible for us to see if/when you actually receive your parcel.

All customs duty fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Packages refused or undeliverable will not be refunded. We will not be responsible for packages refused because of customs duty fees or any other reason. Merchandise must be received by the buyer and then resent to us for an exchange. Refunds are based on problems with the product. Customs and duty problems are not the responsibility of Seller.

We can not and will not send products purchased and classify as Gifts on customs documents. Please do not ask us to break the law.

From time to time we post specials in our announcement section. Code must be put in at checkout to receive the special. Specials are not available on prior purchases. Code must be entered at checkout - No Exceptions. We work very hard to get orders out immediately as they come in. We apologize, but offering a deal should not become an added task on every order. I hope that makes sense and we don't mean to sound harsh but it really is time consuming to have to update a percentage off every item on the invoice to reflect the coupon in etsy checkout. Or log into Paypal to do refunds. (We don't ship through Paypal because they do not offer first class international shipping.) Also, for record keeping it is just too messy for our Tax Preparer.

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. We will do everything we can to try to fix a problem should one occur.

Please open and inspect your order right away. We need to hear from you within 3 days of delivery of your order if you have any errors or problems with your order. Please send your message to us through Etsy conversations. No exceptions. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of delivery then you are agreeing that everything is fine and sales are final.

Please let us know if you are having an issue with your purchase. If the box is insured by special request/third party, you will get a refund or replacement.

If the error is on our part we will ship your replacement at no cost to you.

Many items are custom made to order as with many handmade craft items. Please try to understand that when a craft is made to order we spend our time to make items that we hope will be cherished by the recipient. Custom items are not returnable. Please ask if you are unsure if your purchase is considered 'custom'.

Contact us through Etsy conversations (do not send through email since we may miss the message) - please include your order number, name and date of order - and we can address each situation as it may arise.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.


Most of our components are made in China. Items are made in batches. Each batch can very slightly in color and other features. As artisan crafters ourselves - for over 25 years - we inspect each batch of inventory as it arrives and we try to add comments and updates to the listings. It is hard for us to know which batch each customer has had previously. These items are not jewelry or fine jewelry products. The word, "craft" is an important descriptor.

Please keep this in mind as we will not be responsible for dissatisfaction based on unreasonable expectations or artistic characteristics perceived as flaws. if we would use the craft supply then our policy it that it is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

MEASUREMENTS - Craft pieces have descriptive measurements which can vary within the craft industry. Some people refer to items in inches and others talk in millimeters. Often times, for example, 1 inch and 25 mm are used interchangeably even though they are not the same measurement. We pride ourselves on our analysis of every product we offer and can not be responsible for buyers who look for reasons to beat the system. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ask before they purchase if they need clarification on these types of artisan characteristics.

We welcome your questions and will not be responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from artisan characteristics perceived by the buyer as flaws.

Our items are intended for adult purchases and to be used by adults. Small pieces can be a choking hazard to young children. We sell only to adults over 18 years of age. By purchasing you agree to keep items away from children and indemnify seller of any and all liability. Buyer agrees to release Seller from any liability when making the decision to purchase.

By making the decision to purchase our items you agree to be responsible for all laws in your state and country applicable to the safety and handling of the products. Please ask questions if specific issues are not stated in my listing. We try very hard to offer safe products for adults. We look for lead safe, nickel free, cadmium free products. We can not possibly test every product ourselves and must rely on the information provided by the manufacturers we purchase from. Please ask if you are not sure. If you are unsure about whether an item is right for you or safe enough for your purpose then we suggest that you request a sample and inspect and test the item to see if it will meet your specific need or, in some cases maybe you should not purchase inexpensive craft jewelry.
