Beautiful. Quality. Love it. Can't wait to wear it to West Point next month when I pick up my cadet.

Love it, Thank You! Looks great in my Day Of The Dead kitchen!
Skulls Aren't Creepy!
Some people think that Dia de los Muertos and skulls are creepy... I say "No way!" This Mexican holiday is all about praying for and remembering our loved ones who have died. We take some time to recall these dead people and maybe eat their favorite foods while we tell stories about them. This is a day of love and family.
I started this shop because I am passionate about Mexican art and culture. I found that it was difficult to purchase in the United States the crosses and magnets that I buy when I go to Mexico. Therefore, I decided to make my own! Using my culture's art techniques, colors, and a handful of milagros "Little Bird and Chick" was born. I started small-- selling at local festivals and markets and my business has grown from there.
With every product that I make, I endeavor to create a quality item that is also affordable. Nothing makes me happier and gives me more pride in this job than when I know that a customer really loves their handcrafted product.
This shop is a family affair. I (Katie) am the main creator, but everyone is always willing to jump in and lend a hand. I couldn't do it without Clay, my Mom, my sister-in-law Lauren, and my brother-in-law Ryan.

Owner, Maker, Designer
I grew up all over the world as a military child, but I have always connected with my family and the rich culture of Mexico. I wanted to create affordable, unique art that reflects this magical place.
I am the midnight glue gun operator, the sugar skull maker, the post office runner, and the all around assistant. Katie and I spend a lot of time together-- bouncing new ideas off of each other and having a great time with this.
Linnea and Margot
This shop started as "Little Bird and Chick" but now there are two of us chicks! We love to watch Mama paint, never touch the brushes, and always suggest more pink and purple.
