Thank you for visiting Little Byrd Vintage! New items are added weekly so check in often.
This shop accepts both PayPal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Immediate payment is expected.
All orders (except books) will be shipped by USPS First class mail or Priority mail unless they are on the larger/heavier size at which point they may be shipped USPS Parcel Post. BOOKS are shipped as media mail which is like parcel post and takes a bit longer for delivery (7-10 days from shipping date). If you need it faster, please convo me and I will happy to adjust the shipping rate to priority. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE INSURANCE WE ARE HAPPY TO ADD IT ON FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. IT IS NOT OFTEN THAT SOMETHING IS LOST/DAMAGED/OR STOLEN AFTER BEING SHIPPED BUT IT DOES HAPPEN. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS IF INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED. I ship twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays but always twice a week. All shipping costs are priced from the west coast to the east coast and are estimates. If there ends up being $2 or more of an overcharge on shipping and handling you will refunded via Paypal. If I haven't caught this, please let me know! I am always happy to combine shipping on orders whenever possible. It is difficult to predetermine combined shipping charges as some items can ship together and some cannot so if you are overcharged on shipping I will kindly credit the overcharge back to your account.
Any cancellations of an order will be assessed a cancellation fee.
A note on shipping materials. I try to use donated and pre-used packing materials whenever possible to keep the cost of shipping down and also for environmental reasons.
Refunds and Exchanges
Be sure you love it! All sales are final. All item are sold in "as is" condition. Vintage items are expected to have some wear and I always try my best to accurately desribe an item and any conditions it may have and believe we should celebrate the uniqueness of each piece - flaws and all! Please contact me prior to purchase if you have any questions or would like to see additional photos. My goal is to provide you with several pictures of each product and a thorough description in hopes you have all of the information needed to feel confident in your purchasing decision.
Additional Policies and FAQs
RESERVING ITEMS: items can be put on reserve for 24 hours. If after 24 hours the item has not been purchased, it will be taken off reserve.
