Frequently asked questions
How long is the processing and shipping time for wedding books?
Our processing for wedding books is 6-7 business days plus 3-7 days shipping time for standard shipping. You may upgrade your shipping to get the product faster or reach out to us for rush production.
Can I do custom orders?
Yes! Custom items do take a little extra time to create. Please reach out if we’re able to accommodate your custom request.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. We will then issue a refund. You'll be receiving email confirmations from Etsy regarding the transaction.
Can I get a proof of my order?
Unfortunately, we do not send proofs to make the process faster. However, if you would like to see a proof and make changes, there will be an additional cost of $15 per round of changes.
How long will it take for a product to restock?
Please let us know what product you’d like to order and we’ll let you know how soon our products will be available!
Can I order vow books in different colors?
Yes, you can order vow books in two different colors. Please write the colors in the personalization box before adding to cart or note box at checkout.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, you will be able to upgrade your shipping through the shipping options when you checkout, or we could upgrade it for you. Just send us a message as soon as you purchased the order.
When will I know when my order will arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number so you can keep track of the order’s delivery. The tracking will include the estimated date and time of the delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
