About LittleCelebrations
Customizable invitations and greeting cards created just for you and your special celebration. Designed with love and creativity in Ottawa, Canada.
A woman of many different hats is what I am, and Little Celebrations is one of those hats, perhaps my favorite one.
Starting in 2008 with the birth of my first child, I began the journey of creating and growing my invitation business. It has grown from designing invites for my friends locally to starting my Etsy store and designing and printing invitations for all sorts of special occasions, for people all over the world!
My creativity is an extension of who I am, and I love extending it to my clients! I specialize in capturing the essence of special occasions with wonderful and cheerful customized stationery, utilizing my love of design, color, and fonts.
I look forward to being able to be a small part of your special, little celebration.

Shop policies
Digital Downloads - You will receive an email as soon as your purchase is completed. You can start editing your invitation template right away!
Edited Digital invitations - 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS
Printed invitations - 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (shipping is 4-6 business days after the processing time)
Greeting Cards - Shipped 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is complete (shipping time varies based on the destination)
BUSINESS HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-4 EST.
I try not to work on weekends. Please send an email to libby [!at] little-celebrations.com or a convo if you require your order to be filled right away.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the digital nature of some of my products I am unable to provide a refund after the payment has been made. Work will begin as soon as I receive your payment. I do, however, ensure that I will work with you until you are happy with your product.
All digital orders will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy Account. If you would prefer I send it to an alternate email please provide it with your order. I do everything possible to make sure you get your order but If I am unable to deliver your file, do to an inactive or unused email address, no refund will be given. Please make sure you give me an accurate email address.
PRINTED INVITATIONS
Once an order has started printing changes cannot be made. Please ensure that you carefully proofread your proofs to ensure that mistakes aren't made in the printed product.
If you receive your product with damage please get in touch right away and we will do everything we can to fix the problem and ensure you get your products in perfect condition.
GREETING CARDS
If you experience an issue with your greeting card order, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to make things right.
Payment
I will require full payment prior to the work being started. Please see current turn around times for delivery times.
Canadian residents will be charged HST on their purchases
Shipping
All digital orders will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy Account. If you would prefer I send it to an alternate email please provide it with you order. I do everything possible to make sure you get your order but If I am unable to deliver your file, due to an inactive or unused email address, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Please make sure you give me an accurate email address.
You will receive your DIGITAL FILE within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment and all your party information required to complete the design.
No printed materials will be shipped.
PRINTED INVITATIONS
Printed invitations will be shipped via UPS. They will have tracking number which I will provide to you once the item as shipped.
Printing and delivery time to the Canada and the USA is 4-6 business days from the beginning of the printing process.
GREETING CARDS
Greeting cards will be shipped via Canada Post. They will be shipped in a photo mailer.
