5 out of 5 starsI ordered a custom comb for my wedding. She was kind enough to work with me on my specific vision, cause I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted. She kept me updated in progress the whole way and made it absolutely beautiful! It arrived very quickly after shipping. I cant say enough good things about the product or the seller!

5 out of 5 starsStunning! Gorgeous! People's reactions when I told them it was entirely made by hand was almost as great as the compliments they showered me with at the wedding I wore it in as MOH. Thank you thank you!

5 out of 5 starsThis item was used to complement a cosplay. It turned out to be really useful, not just as a pretty decoration but also because it kept the wig's hair out of the cosplayer's face. It's well made and was sent quickly. As a first purchase on Etsy, this made a good impression!

Handmade tsumami kanzashi in the traditional style
I opened my shop, Little Cookie, after two years of study in the art of tsumami kanzashi. These were the days before you could find instructions for rare crafts on in internet or youtube easily, so I delved into a few resources I had from my father's travels across Japan. After lots of practice and refinement, I needed an outlet for my growing collection of unique, traditionally made, Japanese style hair pieces - Etsy was in its early days and the fit seemed perfect!
I opened up shop here and started working as a vendor at independent shopping events. Since then I've continued to practice and grow my line while working with many lovely customers to create custom items for them, especially brides for their weddings. I always feel honored to be able to provide something unique for their special day and help them achieve a unique aesthetic.
I work in my home studio alone while caring for my family and operating/producing goods for all of my other etsy shops as well. I'm curious by nature, so there's always something new I'm learning and trying to incorporate into my work.

Shop policies
If there are any questions that I haven't answered here, please feel free to ask away. I'm here to help and don't worry - this is a NO pressure shop. I will not try to hard-sell you and I do not ever treat a message from someone as an opportunity to push a sale, so please, convo away!
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I cannot be responsible for refunding initial shipping or return shipping costs, but refunds will be made once I've received the item returned in its original condition and it must be shipped back in the protective box it was shipped in.
I have *NEVER* had a single return. I am proud of my work and aim to please!
Payment
This is my preferred method of receiving payment and I've never had any issue with it in many years of use. :)
Money Order:
I do accept money order, but I will give this advice - PLEASE protect yourself! When mailing a money order, please remember that I CANNOT ship items without receiving a money order as payment FIRST, even if I thoroughly trust and believe that you sent it, if it doesn't arrive to me, I cannot be responsible for delivering your item. Money order payment is at YOUR OWN RISK.
To protect yourself in mailing a money order, you can purchase delivery confirmation or postal insurance, etc so that you can be sure it has arrived. I've had more than one customer have a MO get lost in the mail and I hate having to give them the bad news that it never turned up. :(
Also, please address it to Regina Panzeca, rather than "Little Cookie". Thanks!
Shipping
All of my domestic shipping is packaged and shipped via USPS First Class mail. I ship Monday through Friday and my goal is to ship within 24 hours (and absolutely no later than 48 hours) of purchase and usually succeed barring unforeseen circumstances. My shipping cost reflects the cost of postage and packaging.
International:
International orders are shipped ONCE weekly, on FRIDAY. This is due to *very* inadequate staffing at my post office which means roughly an hour wait every time I go inside to ship (which is required for international). However, if you have a time sensitive purchase, please let me know and I'll happily accommodate your needs! All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and all of my shipping charges reflect the cost of postage and packaging.
Additional policies and FAQs
I enjoy doing custom orders for my customers! Please feel free to get in touch with me via convo/my alchemy link to discuss a custom oder. I've completed many already and my customers are always pleased! :D
---Pricing---
All custom orders are priced per petal + any additional components (e.g. type of mounting, style of clip/comb, bira, bells, danging branch embellishments).
The only new policy I have concerning is that now some custom orders will be subject to a $5-$10 consultation fee. Others won't - it will just depend on how much time is spent discussing and refining color matching and fine details that sometimes come up. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. Thanks so much!
---Terms---
If for some reason you do not complete your custom order I reserve the right to cancel your reservation and list the item for sale in my shop. I will not hold a reservation indefinitely. Also, any custom design I create for a customer I reserve the right to recreate as a generally available item unless specifically requested by the customer (with a fair enough reason). When doing this, I often love to name the new item after the original custom orderer (also unless specifically requested not to do so by them) as a way to thank them for the inspiration.
Please feel free to convo me for any reasons at all! I love chatting with other Etsy peeps. :D
