Updates

Colour inspiration from the Australian bush! You can see it in this screen printed linen tote.
There's a village in the Blue Mountains (NSW, Australia) called Leura. It's filled with lovely cottages and gardens, reminding me of yesteryear. It's the inspiration for this range of cushions in beautiful blues and soft pinks. See more in the shop!
Best selling Beehive cushion fits easily with so many interiors yellow_heart. The beautiful wood buttons are handmade by a fellow craftsperson in South Australia, and there's not many left!

Welcome!
I'm Georgie, textile designer and maker of prints, cushions and wallhangings. I love encouraging others to discover their own style and be confident in it, however quirky or cool. I really believe if you gather around you the things you love, the result will be beautiful!

What inspires me?
It’s the things that resonate with us that become a source of inspiration. We may not even know why they strike a chord within, but it becomes our passion.
In creating patterns, I go to the same place within - what resonates with me? The bush I live beside, the birds I hear all day, the architecture I see around me. This connection gives authenticity to my design which is really important to me.

Why cushions?
Well actually, why not cushions! What's not to love!! As a textile enthusiast, it brings together my love of fabric, passion for design and desire to sew. I choose fabrics carefully from Australian suppliers, using natural fibres like cotton, hemp and linen that are beautiful and textured. My prints are either printed digitally in Australia, or screen printed by me!

Thanks for visiting littlecrow design. All items are designed and made in Sydney by littlecrow, using fabrics sourced from Australian suppliers and hand screenprinted with original designs. Every effort is made to provide you with something beautiful and well-made to ensure you're happy with your purchase.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
^ If an item is not as described, the parcel is damaged due to a fault in my packaging or if the item is faulty or defective, a return of the damaged/faulty item within 30 days may be approved and a refund issued. Alternatively, a replacement item may be sent at no cost to the customer.

^ Please contact me before returning the item. In most cases, photos of the item showing the issue may be sufficient in order to avoid return freight costs. A decision on the necessity of returning the physical item will be made on a case by case basis.

^ An approved refund will equal the cost of the item + freight (or freight portion in the case of multiple items having been purchased)

^Refunds will not be given for parcels lost by the postal service, but please notify me if this happens.

^If the postage cost charged at checkout is more than the actual cost, a refund for the difference will be issued to the customer.
Payment
^ Etsy provides a range of payment methods including Etsy Gift Cards, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Paypal.

^ All orders must be paid in full before being dispatched.

^ All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be a government requirement of import in your country. In this case, the customer must pay the local taxes in order to receive their package. To avoid unwelcome surprises, there are many online import duty calculators which will assist in giving an estimate if applicable.
Shipping
^ It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct postal address. Please check your postal address on Etsy/Paypal is correct before you finalise your purchase.

^ Your order will be dispatched between 7-10 business days, depending on whether the item is in stock, or made to order. You will receive an Etsy shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

^ Goods will be sent using Australia Post standard service.
Standard domestic: 2 - 10 business days (basic tracking provided)
Standard international airmail: 5 - 15 business days (no tracking provided)

*IMPORTANT* The payment of import duty or tax is the responsibility of the customer. Your country may ask you to pay duties or taxes based on the value/type of goods, according to your country's import laws. There are many online import duty calculators which will assist in giving an estimate if applicable. If you have any further questions, please ask me before the order is dispatched and I'll do my best to help!

^ If you require your item to be shipped express or registered post:
Australian customers: please select the shipping upgrade at checkout
International customers: please send me a message and I'll provide a new quote for freight that can be added to your order.

^ Any delivery delays experienced after I have handed the package over to Australia Post are beyond my control, however I will always follow up in any way I can to get that package to you!
**Important** Refunds will not be given for parcels lost by the postal service, but please notify me if this happens. If you are worried about this happening, I'd advise upgrading to registered post.
Additional policies and FAQs
^If you'd like more than the quantity available for a listed item, please convo me! Unless the listing is OOAK (one of a kind) I can usually supply more. Dispatch time may vary from the listing, as agreed with you.

^If you'd like a listed item with some variation, please convo me! (e.g. can you make this with a white back instead of the brown back in the photo?) I will give you a custom quote + dispatch time for you to review, then create a separate listing for your order.

^If you're curious about having something custom made just for you, but don't know how the process works, please convo me on Etsy or email georgie [!at] littlecrowdesign.com.au. It's easy and fun! I've done it many times with happy results and will walk you through it.
