Hi and welcome to my spot. My name is Sammi and I really want to create beautiful pieces that you could enjoy. I figure if you're going to spend money on something it should be used or worn frequently because you love it.

I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I did making them.

I only accept paypal at this time to keep things speedy for both you and me!

Once payment has gone through I will pack up your order and have it on it's way so you can receive it asap.

For any of my custom made-to-order pieces or special requests you may have, I will only begin work on the piece(s) upon receiving payment, as I may need to order the materials. So, the faster I receive payment, the faster I can get what you need, make it, and ship out :)
I currently ship items through USPS, usually first class.

If you would like your package shipped any other way please let me know so I can accommodate to your needs.

Once I have put the package in the mail I will message you with this information.

I will be using the address etsy provides, please make sure this address is correct since it's hard to keep track of individual address changes. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
I am not responsible for items that have been lost in the mail, however, Regarding damaged merchandise: I offer free repairs on all my custom made-to-order jewelry, within three months of the shipping date. Beyond that, I will be happy to offer this service for a modest fee; however shipping charges apply.

Please give me feedback when you receive the purchased item, as it is important to me to know that you are happy with your purchase, or if there is anything you are not satisfied with regarding the purchase--I will strive to rectify the situation as much as possible.

If you have requested a custom item it may take additional days until the package can be sent. I will always do my best to notify you of the progress of your purchase.
