I can't help myself from making a ton of different things - so why have a shop geared only towards one type of item when I can just have the whole mish-mash in one place? That's how my mind works, anyway...

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds will be given for damaged/defective items, provided that the item is returned within two weeks of the date it was received - you will also be reimbursed for the cost of shipping to return the item to me.

Full refunds will also be given if you choose to cancel your order. A refund for the cost of shipping will be given if I notify you that I am unable to ship your order on time and you choose to keep your order despite being shipped later than anticipated.

As stated above, I must be given adequate notice should you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped in order give a full refund. If I receive notice after the item has been shipped, I will provide a refund solely for the item once it has been returned to me.
Payment
I accept payments made via PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Your payment MUST clear before your item is shipped. Orders must be canceled within three days from the time they are placed.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within three to five days of the date of purchase unless I am away [which is highly unlikely, but will certainly be made known], provided that the payment has cleared during that time frame. As of right now, I cannot accept international orders. All purchases will primarily be shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, unless you specify that you would like an alternate shipping method [UPS, FedEx, expedited, etc.]. You can also let me know if you would like to add insurance, delivery confirmation, etc. I must be notified of this when you make your purchase so that I can adjust your invoice accordingly.

At this time, I am unable to guarantee that I would be able to complete custom orders requested, however, you are more than welcome to contact me regarding something custom you would like made, and I will gladly let you know if it is feasible to make the item for you! It all depends on the complexity of the item you request, the time frame you would like to receive it by, etc. But please never hesitate to ask!
