Payment
Payments will be verified before shipping.
Shipping
Insurance is recommended at an additional cost. Colors of pottery may not be exact. Remember pottery is glass and shipping is difficult; insurance is the only guarantee for arriving safely.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges possible if insurance is documented. No refund unless item is returned with reasonable request.
Additional policies and FAQs
We have taken an out of state job for the summer. Custom orders will not be filled until after the middle of September 2012. Custom orders are always welcome. Half of the total cost will be due upon ordering, remaining amount must be paid when order is complete prior to shipping.

Our friend of byblue.etsy.com will be managing the shop while we are away. There is only a limited inventory and current available colors may vary from the ones photographed.
