Editing services are available for all designs in our shop.
**HOURS OF OPERATION**
MONDAY-FRIDAY Closed on Weekends & Holidays, for family time.
Any orders placed after 6PM EST will be considered next business day.
Please be patient with us as we are transitioning all of our products into easy self-edit templates with the templett service. If you see a design that has not yet been transferred over to self edit, but you would like it to be - let us know :) *look for the instant download Templett stickers on the display photos.

Processing time for digital item proofs are 2-3 business days and we are closed on the weekends. 24 rush processing is available. If you wish to purchase 24 hour rush during the weekend, please contact us first to assure we can complete your order. All files are designed and personalized by Little Ham Collection; we do not provide any editable files.
All invitations are sized 5.25 x 7.25 to provide a bleed for professional printing. Please specify if you need a different size.
Need a custom design or an add-on? Send us a message to discuss all of your printable party needs. We LOVE custom orders - some of our best ideas come from your inspiration.
We offer printable pieces - such as - invitations, card inserts, decorations & party games. Stay tuned because soon we will be offering Children's Apparel & Made to order Party Decor!
Items listed as "instant downloads" are available for you to download instantly, with no wait.
**TERMS OF SALE**
We pride ourselves on constant communication. Your response time also affects product delivery. No refunds will be given, due to the nature of the products provided. If we have started your order and do not receive missing necessary information to complete your order within 10 working business days we will mark the invitation as "shipped", and you will be eligible for store credit equal to the price of your order.

What is the turnaround time for digital items?
All digital files to be edited by us have a 2-3 business day turn around. (M-F Closed Sat-Sun & Holidays) **24 Rush processing is available to be purchased. Unless you see an Instant Download Templett sticker - those items can be edited by you.
How do I include my personalized information?
At checkout, please provide details in the personalization box. Any photos - simply message us or email to amanda@littlehamcollection.com (Please do NOT leave notes for instant downloads - message us for editing services)
How can I request 24 Hour Rush Processing?

If you need rush processing outside of our hours of operation on Saturday & Sunday please send us a message before making this purchase to assure we can meet the request.
Can I edit my own digital file?
Only Items with Instant Download Templett stickers can be self edited. In order to offer elaborate designs, Little Ham Collection handles all of the customization for most of our available designs. Please provide us with all information during the ordering process.
How do I add a photo to an invitation?
For all invitations that have a photo option, please send the photos to amanda@littlehamcollection.com or vita Etsy convo.
Where do I view my proof?
Your proof will be sent to via Etsy conversation. After receiving your proof we can discuss any corrections or changes that you may need.
Where are my finalized files?
Your approved FINAL digital file will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account,
I didn't get my access link from Templett. What do I do?
If more than 15 minutes has passed from your purchase time please send us a quick message and we will send you a direct access link to your Templett. If you already have a Templett account associated with Etsy - simply login and all of your purchased Templett's will be available to you.
What is Templett?
We now offer some items with Templett self editing. It's an awesome tool to give you instant access and editing to some of our designs. Templett items must be edited on a computer, mobile editing is NOT available.
