Customer service is horrible. I emailed several times on my order with no response. The delivery time was not what was quoted in add either.

Hi there! I'm sorry for your bad experience. My shop was on vacation mode for most of May due to many orders causing extending processing times - which is unfair to my customers. Your messages must have been overlooked while the shop was inactive. Again, my apologies!

I bought the bow by looking at the picture's. I was buying the bow for my daughter, she was not excited about it because half if it was pink.... she wanted it be mostly dark like the pic to match the dress she got to wear to her 8th grade dance. she said she might still wear it but she is not sure. :-(

Hi Karen, I'm sorry the specific colors included in your bow were not what you were looking for. The item listing does list the variety of colors that can/might be included, and the photos do show a good range of colors and patterns. If you're looking for a specific color you are always welcome to let me know in the "note to seller" spot at checkout or through an Etsy message - otherwise I send a random choice. I've always been drawn to nature, to the beauty of a delicately blooming flower blossom, dawn sunshine on a dewey field, the crisp stillness of woodland air. My admiration + respect for nature continues to inspire me to create my collection of floral hair accessories.

All of the Honey Pie designs are made by me, Kaley, from inside of my floral woodland wonderland of a studio. My pieces are created with love by hand, so no two items are identical. That's what makes these creations so special to me, and hopefully to you! Please allow for slight variances in each design. I love working vintage + repurposed materials into my designs. These materials can be delicate and vintage materials will sometimes have slight imperfections, which will be noted in the listing description.

Returns and exchanges

If you have had a bad experience, please don't hesitate to let me know! I want to work with you until you are completely satisfied. I am always willing to do an exchange or repair if you are not happy with your creation. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Payment

I accept credit + debit card payments through Etsy direct checkout and payments via PayPal.

Please note: eChecks sent through PayPal can take up to two weeks to clear. Your package will not be shipped until payment clears. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping

Honey Pie orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and once shipped take 2-5 business days to be delivered within the U.S., and 7-14+ to be delivered internationally. Tracking numbers can be found in your Etsy invoice once packages have been marked as shipped.

If you purchase a custom alteration (including a different size, color, style, etc.), allow an additional 3-5 day turnaround time before the item is processed and ready to be shipped.

***Please send me a note along with your purchase if you need your package by a certain date, that way I can ensure it will be sent out in time.***

I ship USPS First Class mail with tracking, which generally takes 3-7 days for packages to arrive. International orders vary but can take longer, usually 7-14 days. If you need your package delivered sooner, let me know and we can discuss pricing for Priority and Express Delivery.

Tracking numbers can be found in your Etsy invoice once packages have been marked as shipped. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.
