Hello & Welcome to Little Lovely Boutique!
Here you will find my handmade accesories craft, crochet items for babies and for you, hairbands, hats, for all types, sizes and colors for dailys or for any special occasions.
Please have a look around and keep in mind that every item is made by me with care, love and attention to detail.

We accept payment via PayPal only.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges in general but please let us know your concerns if there's any. We believe there's always a solution to a problem.
To any exchanges (if agreed) the buyer will be responsible for the shipping of the items.
All purchases must be paid within 3 days after the order is placed. we will convo the buyer should the payment fail to go through. After which, we will proceed to cancel the order if we did not hear back from the buyer within 3 days.

We will package and ship the order within 5 workings days for ready stock items, after payment (normally earlier) received subject to local bank/public holidays.
We will combine ship from any of the shops for purchases made within the same day. Just make your purchase and pay as usual (please ensure if within the same day) and we will charge combine ship rate and refund the excess to your paypal account.
All shipment will be send via International Priority Mail.
As a guideline, most international orders typically take about 10 - 15 working days, based on my experience normally in some state took only 4-6 working days. For deliveryshipment within europe in general will take about 3 to 5 workings days to arrive from date of shipment, in Netherland will take 2 - 3 days only.
Basically I have 3 shipment methods to deliver light (booties, hats, headbands,brooche, accesories) mid (shirt, sweater or similar) or max (blankets or such)
We will not be responsible for postal delays or any other concerns of delivery and pick up as these are out of our control. Please also note that we are not responsible for customs fees nor can we advise about the rules regarding customs fees for any country.
However, we will be more than happy to assist in which ever we can to work things out as we REALLY REALLY would like you to receive the package in good order.
If you would like to have the shipment with TRACKING number provided, please convo us separately. We would be glad to furnish them once the package is shipped.
