Thank you for shopping with Little Low! We are a small operation run from beautiful southern Connecticut.

We take pride in creating quality products and offering great service. We ship out Etsy orders twice weekly (on Mondays & Thursdays) please keep this in mind if your shipping needs are urgent.

We want you to be 100% happy with your transaction so please read below for answers to any questions you may have. Feel free to contact us directly if the answer to your question is not below, or if you just want to say hello :)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
GENERAL RETURNS: Please let us know if you are unhappy with your order & we will do our best to work with you. However, if you prefer to return the order, we ask that you please do so within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable & the buyer covers cost of return shipping. A refund to your original form of payment will be issued once the return is received.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS: While we try our best to get every order right, we're human (so is the postal system) & we all sometimes make mistakes. We ask that you please provide us with a quick photo of the damaged or incorrect item you received within 3 calendar days of item arrival. You can attach the image file in the Etsy conversation or email it to orders [!at] littlelow.com. In most cases, we will send you a new item right away. Sometimes, we will ask that you return the order first, which is determined on a case-by-case basis.

LOST ORDERS: INTERNATIONAL orders will only be re-sent after one full calendar month has passed from shipment date. DOMESTIC orders are fully trackable, therefore lost orders should not be an issue. Sorry, refunds will not be given on missing orders that show as successfully delivered within the USPS tracking system. Orders that are returned to our address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will either be resent at additional shipping cost to the customer, or fully refunded minus shipping cost, your choice. ***Any mistakes in shipping due to our fault or mistake, we take full responsibility in remedying the situation.***

EXCHANGE: Due to small batch inventory, we cannot accept exchanges at this time.
Payment
Payment is due before an order will ship. Sometimes, if you are a new customer with Etsy or PayPal, your order will sit under "pending" or "processing" for several days. We cannot prepare or ship the order until it's removed from this status. As soon as this status has cleared, your order will be prepared and shipped within the shipping processing times below.

Order Cancellation Requests must be requested within 6 hours of ordering and cannot be honored if a shipping label has already been created for your order.
Shipping
PROCESSING TIME: We ship Etsy orders on Mondays & Thursdays. Orders placed on Thurs - Sun will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Mon - Weds will ship on Thursday.

GENERAL OPERATIONS: We ship to the EXACT address entered at checkout. Please contact us immediately if there is an error in the address. Sorry, we do not refund nor reship postage costs or orders due to incorrectly entered addresses. Postal Service delays are out of our control, however we will attempt to help sort them out after 2-5 weeks of delays have passed (varies by case & country). Sorry, we do not refund orders that show as successfully delivered to the correct address.

USA CUSTOMERS: Orders ship via USPS to the exact address you entered at checkout. This method provides you with a tracking number which is traceable via the usps.com website. In most cases, the postal system will deliver your package within 2 - 5 business days of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Once the package leaves USA, the package is usually no longer trackable. Typically, there are no issues and orders arrive within 5 - 15 business days of shipment.

IMPORT TAX: International customers may also be subject to an import tax, as calculated and applied by their own government (we are not provided with your tax implication information before or after shipping your package). Should this fee be applied to you, we will not be held responsible for covering or reimbursing charges. ***PLEASE BE AWARE: We will not under any circumstance change the value of your package to avoid import taxes. Yes, we know that some shops do this but it is illegal and punishable by penalties and fines**

WHOLESALE: We happily welcome wholesale orders from all over the world. We love to work with retailers and fellow business owners. Please message or email us for more information on wholesale terms. Be sure to provide the business name, location, and a website if you have one.

CONSIGNMENT: We are not currently accepting consignment opportunities, thank you.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We are open and welcome to corporate custom projects and licensing designs, please message us at orders(at)littlelow.com with information on your project. Due to a busy annual schedule, we are not currently accepting personal custom projects, thank you for your interest.
