If my item breaks I will happily refund your money or give you a store credit. It is unlikely I can give you a replacement as many of my items are one of a kind.

If you are unhappy with your item. Please send me a message and we can work out a solution together.

If your item never arrives please let me know. This has not happened as of yet but if it does I can offer you store credit.

If you wish to cancel an order you have made just send me a friendly email and I am sure we can work something out together. I know that I am always making rash decisions so I am fair when it comes to changing your mind on something.

I securely ship all my items in recycled envelopes and packaged in recycled bubble wrap or other recycled packaging material. I include a personal handwritten note with every package and make sure what I send would be a delight for the receiver

If you are unhappy with any of my services or items please let me know! When I send off an item I place a lot of care into how it is presented. Receiving something in the mail is exciting BUT receiving something special and personal in the mail is even better.
