Little Package creations are sewn personally by me, Caroline, with careful consideration. They will look nicer and last much longer than most other cycling caps. I have been sewing for 30 years and it shows in my stitch work. I think you will be impressed and happy with my work. Unlike many other cap makers, I do not brand the outside of the cap. It's your head, not mine! There's just a small woven label sewn into the inside of the cap with my business name and URL. And a heart.

I do quite a bit of custom work. If you like what I do, but want to switch it up a little bit, send me a message. I'd love to work with you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I am a reasonable lady and want my customers to be happy, so please let me know if there are problems and I will do my very best to help. I accept returns and issue refunds (except shipping) on unworn, non-custom caps. Custom caps will be reworked to remedy the stated issue.
Payment
- Currently I accept PayPal. I am excited to soon offer the option to pay with a credit card. If you need to pay another way, please contact me and I will accommodate you.
- Please plan on paying at checkout. I reserve the right to cancel a sale for non-payment.
Shipping
- I ship all orders within 3 business days of payment.
- If you would like a shipping upgrade and/or insurance added, please let me know and I will send an invoice for the extra amount.
- The customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs incurred at customs that might result from ordering from the US.
