Clearance / sale on many items!

This shop is being started up again after a little 2 year hiatus (due to having a baby), so items will be added slowly until I get everything up and running again. I am having a major sale now so that I can purge all of my older items that under the previous shop name, so that I can start fresh with new items.

Welcome! I specialize in all things paper!

If you would like a custom item, just contact me. Please provide me as much information as possible, such as the style, if you like it to be similar to an item in the store, colors, quantity, etc. If you had a deadline date of when you need the items, please let me know this as well.

Once I receive your message, I will be in touch with you within regarding the process and a quote and if everything sounds good, I will set up a reserved listing for you. Once you purchase that listing, I will be emailing you a few proofs to review, and yes, unlimited changes in the proofs are included in the price. I promise I will get everything perfect so that you are completely beaming with satisfaction!

Payment
My preferred method of payment is through Direct Checkout or PayPal. If you choose to pay with a check or money order, the item will not be shipped until the payment clears (up to 2 weeks). I only accept this type of payment from the US, no international checks please.
Shipping
I ship all items through the USPS.


For customers outside the US:
Your country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are out of my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information on these fees, please contact your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy for any reason, just let me know and I will do whatever I can to make you completely satisfied with your order!

* If you purchased an item is that listed and purchased as is (not customized), I do accept returns and your payment (excluding shipping) will be refunded once the item is returned to me. If the error is

* For custom orders, due to the personalization, refunds are not accepted. You will receive many proofs of your item before it will be printed. You will have many opportunities to make sure all details are correct and the item is exactly as you imagined before it will be printed and shipped.
Additional policies and FAQs
Processing Time:
If you are purchasing a "ready to ship" or a non-custom item, the item is mailed out within 1-2 business days.

For any custom printing orders, the average processing time is about 1 week after approval of the final proof before shipment of the printed items. This could take shorter or longer depending on quantity, complexity of the item, assembly, and special ordered supplies. Wedding invitations could take approximately 1-2 months to be shipped out. If you need the order sooner or have a certain deadline, just let me know when you purchase.
