I purchased the digital download but never received it...I reached out to the seller twice but never recieved a responce...I was forced to open up a case with Etsy to get a refund.

Generally, I customize your files using copy/paste from your information from the "Personalization" box so it's important to be careful and thorough when typing your details. If you need revisions to your files, I will revise your files as many times as necessary to make it perfect for you!
Note: I will not be able to revise orders that are more than 30 days old because after 30 days all order files will be purged (deleted). This is done to preserve my storage space and keep shop operating costs down.

Frequently asked questions
How do I use the PDF file?
The PDF files are best used for home printing. These are formatted with multiple copies per page to save on paper and have 'cutting marks' and/or dotted outlines to show you where to cut.
Also, PDF is the preferred file type for printing at office supply printers such as Staples, Kinkos or OfficeMax. They also offer bulk cutting (for additional fee)!
How do I use the JPEG file?
The JPG file is best for sharing via social media, text and email. Use your mobile device to invite all your friends and family instead of mailing or handing out invitations!
You will also need to use the JPG file to order prints from many online printing services such as Zazzle.com, 123Prints.com, and VistaPrint.com. You can also use photo printing retailers such as Walmart and Walgreens to print the invites on photo paper.
When will I receive my file(s)?
Most orders will be emailed within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Exceptions for orders placed on Sunday or on US Holidays. Those orders will be processed and sent on the next business day.
Can I request changes after the file has been sent?
Yes. If you need revisions to your files, I will revise your files as many times as necessary to make it perfect for you! This applies to details (date/time/location/etc) changes only! This DOES NOT apply to layout/color changes.
Note: Files are purged 31 days after the order is placed. I will not be able to revise orders that are more than 30 days old.
What kind of paper should I print my invitations on?
Invitations should be printed on WHITE CARDSTOCK. Cardstock can be purchased at retail box stores or office supply stores.
If you're having your invitations printed at a photo/print shop, I suggest a matte or semi-glossy cardstock. Glossy prints will not fair as well as matte or semi-gloss finishes.
Where should I print large sized announcements / posters?
I suggest having the large announcements or posters printed at your local Walgreens in the Photo Dept. Walgreens offers affordable, same-day poster printing and you can place your print order online or at your nearest store!
My second choice would be to print at the local printers or office supply store such as FedEx Office, Staples, or OfficeMax/Depot.
The large office retailers are not as affordable but they're able to print while you wait and will show you your print before you pay. They'll even reprint it if there are any imperfections due to their machinery or handling. Also, they offer many finishing options to make things much easier for you (such as foam board mounting).
How do I access my Corjl Template?
Soon after you purchase the template, you'll receive an email from CORJL with a link to edit your item(s).
Access your template by clicking the link in the email, or go to Corjl.com, then login.
You can also use your email address & Etsy Order Number to access your template.
