For items that are NOT wigs ONLY:
I will give a refund, Minus shipping cost, within 30 Days for broken items ONLY. You may exchange an item that you are unsatisfied with for something of equal or lesser value but you must pay the shipping on the new item. If the option of an item being "touched up" or "mended" is available buyer must pay for shipping both ways. These policies may change if there are more details within a specific listing. if something is not right with your item you must let me know right away. i will not give refunds on items after use.
For Wigs:
Due to health concerns wigs are NON_RETURNABLE. Once it leaves my possession the item belongs to you. I will not refund or replace a wig, nor be held responsible if damages are made to it by the wearer. If the wig arrives damaged please notify me immediately with photos of the item and I will do whatever I can to fix the problem. i will do my very best to accommodate specific issues as they arise, but only on reasonable terms. There will be no returns on items that have been worn! no exceptions!!!! instructions on special handling are available on my Youtube, just search for “Lisa Fabio wig” to see my two tutorials.
PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING! if you purchase the wig prior to speaking with me but have a request that would normally require an extra fee i cannot guarantee that request. please message me prior to make sure it is feasible.
all of my items are made to order Unless it is stated “ready to ship” in the items title or listing. i have a long wait list and wait times differ. If you have a question on how long an item will take please let me know.
WAIT TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE from each listings predicted wait time. If it has been longer than expected please feel free to contact me.

If it takes me more than 2 day to get back to you feel free to send me another message. But please do not start worrying because I don’t get back to you instantly. (Especially over weekends!!) I get dozens of messages a day, weaving through those while also managing every other aspect of my business including making the items is incredibly time consuming. I’m doing the best I can! Just send me another message and try to give me the benefit of the doubt. I’m just shuffling :)
Lastly, using Etsy’s system to get your item cheaper, free, or to get an unauthorized return is completely not okay! Do not open a case with Etsy just because you want to get my attention or want your item faster. This issue with customers utilizing cases to get free/faster items is not okay! If you open a case without a real reason and you “still want your item” I reserve the right to cancel your order. This game is making it very hard for Etsy sellers to want to stay on Etsy and keep working on great products for everyone! But as small artists our reputation with customers as well as with Etsy is very important to our livelihood. Please don’t ruin it for everyone!!!

Please be kind, patient, and ask questions before purchasing. No question is stupid or silly, just ask! i will always do my best to make your transaction smooth and easy.
I am extremely busy with orders at all times, so please remember to contact me first if you have a very close due date. a rush fee may be needed to guarantee your item by that date. Please remember that if it says APPROXIMATELY in the item description of how long it takes to get a specific item, that it could take a while! some items take longer than others when they are custom made.
If you have a problem with your item, PLEASE CONTACT ME. Do not open a "case" with etsy or paypal without contacting me with whatever your trouble is. It can almost always be remedied without this!
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!!! I do not sell to party companies in the southern California areas. if you are refused service for this reason you will be notified and your payment reversed.
