I am not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized, monogrammed or custom-made products. Please double check your order details to make sure its exactly what you would like.

However if there is ANY issues on our part please let us know within 3 days of delivery, we will work to make it right.

{RETURNED ITEMS}:
In the event of a returned item it must be received within a timely manner, well packaged and in the original unused condition. Any item received in poor condition will not be refunded. Refunds will only be provided after item is received.

{WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?}
US residents: About 2 weeks
International Residents: Anywhere between 3 weeks to 6 weeks.

{CAN I GET MY ITEM FASTER?}
You can get it a little quicker, if you upgrade your shipping to Priority Shipping, please do this at checkout. Unfortunately I am not able to offer rush services for creating your handmade item.

{WHY CAN’T I GET MY ITEM THIS WEEK?}
The item you ordered is created just for you. At Little Pigeon each item is handmade by me at the time that you order. Each cover takes 7 days to create from the day you place your order. After the order is shipped you will need to wait for it to be delivered. Delivery times vary depending on where you live and which type of postage you purchased.

{CAN YOU GIFT WRAP?}
YES, If you are ordering your items as a gift, I am happy to ship directly to the recipient and include a handwritten note. If you would prefer this please type the recipients shipping address and any personalized message in the comment box to seller at checkout.

{DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE US}
All items are shipped via USPS and are shipped within 7 days unless the listing states otherwise. Please see the tracking information on your Etsy purchase receipt if you would like to track your package.

I am currently offering shipping to all international locations:)

I offer both first class international and priority international shipping options.
I am required to declare the contents of any package I mail out of the country and cannot check "gift" on the form.

First Class International Shipping information:
This is the most cost effective way to ship international packages. Most items arrive to their destinations within 2-3 weeks. However international shipping times vary and can range from 1-6 weeks or longer, depending on customs delays and unforeseen circumstances. Tracking for this method is unreliable.

Priority International Shipping Information:
I offer priority international shipping. This method generally takes between 6-10 business days, but this is NOT guaranteed. There is tracking available but it is always accurate.

{MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED WHAT CAN I DO?}
I have successfully mailed thousands of packages in the very rare event that your package goes missing please notify me after the appropriate waiting period has passed. For international addresses this is 6 weeks from the day it was shipping. For US residents this is 5 business days from the day it was shipped. If you live in an apartment please check with neighbors, apartment managers, the mail room or common areas for your item.

Please spot clean with dye-free soap and warm warm allow to air dry.
