Payment
PayPal, personal checks, major credit cards are accepted.
Payment is expected at time of order. Payments for orders not received within 3 days will be voided.

If you are a resident of Louisiana or St. Tammany parish, you will be required to pay the appropriate sales taxes. Therefore, additional charges may apply.
Shipping
Process Time: Current process time is 7-14 business days. (See hours of operation.)

Orders ship first class with delivery confirmation and tracking via USPS. You can request that your order ship Priority for an additional charge.

I cannot be responsible for damage to your order once it ships. If you would like to carry insurance on your order, convo me and I will add the appropriate insurance charge to your order.

I will be glad to ship internationally, however, you will be responsible for custom, shipping and handling charges set forth by the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will gladly replace your item with the following conditions:
1) It is returned in exact, new condition; (2) it is not a customized fitting or personalized item; (3)request to return is made within 3 days of receiving item; and (4)you will be responsible for shipping associated with returning the item as well as shipping the new item to you.
