Due to unforeseen circumstances, I didn't receive the item. However the seller was as accommodating as possible. I would buy from them again if the need arises.

It's a very cute item, but the box had no tissue paper and the clip got banged around. Some of the small balls on the ice cream fell off, but it wasn't too detrimental unlike the other item in the box. A little tissue paper would have alleviated any issues.

ORIGINAL: It had been about 3 weeks and I contacted the seller. She said she forgot and would ship right away. Then I contacted her again around a month. She said her dog was sick and refunded my money. However, I would have waited, but she decided what to do without asking. Too bad, this is an adorable clip. Her shop is still up, maybe she should put it on hiatus until her situation is resolved. UPDATE: I am updating this review as the seller sent me the clip after the fact. However, she sent it in a box without tissue paper and about 20% of the beads fell off the ice cream cone making it look not so great. A nice thought, but a poor execution on the packing.
