The shop will be closed on creative sabbatical starting December 13 until the end of January. (If you have made an order, or had something happen to a print during shipping, don't worry, this only applies to new orders!) All digital files will still be accessible, but everything else will be removed from the shop until the New Year as I give everything a fresh face, do some planning and spend some much needed time with all my boys.

Welcome to Little Red Flag! Thank you for stopping by, we are excited that you are interested in our prints and home décor! While browsing through our shop, you may have questions, and while we have tried to answer the most frequent questions here, if you can’t find your answer here, please message the shop and I will do my best to answer your questions.

When you make a purchase from Little Red Flag, you are agreeing to the terms that I have listed below and throughout the shop, if you have a question about anything, I’d love to help clarify, so please ask. I work from home while also being mommy to three delightful boys under the age of 5, and while my children will always be my first priority, we have found a wonderful work/play rhythm that works well for us. Most emails and conversations can be expected to be responded to within a 24 hour period.

Currently I ship once a week which means that most prints will be shipped within 4-10 business days of ordering, depending on what day of week you ordered. Check our shop announcement for specific turn around time, or feel free to ask the shop when a package would be shipped or when you would like to have a package by to see if it is possible. Most prints in the Little Red Flag shop have the ability to be customized to the color of your choice, which means they are printed after purchase, which requires the extra few days to ready them for printing, for the actual printing and for proper curing time. This turnaround time does not include shipping time. We ship USPS First Class that has a typical 3-5 day shipping period for domestic orders.

If you are interested in ordering a sample swatch, we offer this for $1 plus shipping of $.50. This includes up to 15 color swatches so you can best match your artwork to your home décor.

I choose to print on 130 lb Satin Cardstock to provide a high quality and sturdy print. I leave a small white border on the prints to aid in framing.

Prints are currently shipped within 4-10 business days, depending on the day they were ordered. We ship your purchase in a rigid cardboard mailer, and enclose the prints within sealed cellophane wrapping to ensure the prints are not damaged by water in transit. Chipboard is used in most cases to ensure the maximum rigidity in mailing so packages are not bent to fit in mailboxes.

Our current shipping prices reflect some handling. The shipping price includes shipping supplies (such as packaging, labels, cellophane, and chipboard), insurance if applicable, tracking, and postage etc.

Little Red Flag currently ships via USPS First Class. This includes Delivery Confirmation which provides tracking information. USPS states that the average delivery for a package sent First Class, will be 3-5 days, but occasionally arrives earlier or later than this stated time. We cannot be responsible for a delay in delivery as we are at the mercy of the USPS in this regards.

Delivery of an international package can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. We currently only ship USPS First Class International. This unfortunately does not include tracking, as much as we would love to offer that. Please note that your package will go through Customs, which can often delay the package's arrival. It is not uncommon for a country to charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes on your purchase, which are the buyer's responsibility and should be expected. Little Red Flag orders are always marked as 'merchandise' on customs forms and will always reflect the actual value of the contents. I do not accept returns due to customs fees as this is the nature of ordering internationally and cannot be avoided.

Refunds and Exchanges

If once your package arrives, you are not satisfied with your purchase or your experience, please contact me directly. All refunds and returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will strive to have every customer of Little Red Flag satisfied with their experience with me.

I will process all returns and refunds once the item(s) is returned back to me in its original condition or upon conclusion of a conversation in which I state I am issuing a refund.
If your item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping, please send a photo of the damage, and I’ll send out a replacement print(s) with my next set of orders.

International orders will be refunded after the package is presumed lost (after 6 weeks time). Please remember that International shipments often take a while to arrive due to Customs and travel time. Refunds cannot be issued simply because a package is delayed, as this is often to be expected and is out of the control of the shop. I currently do not accept returns due to customs/duty/country fees as this is something that is to be expected when shipping internationally and needs to be taken into account when a customer is ordering from a shop in another country.

If you suspect that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue with USPS first, if you have not yet called them yourself.

Additional Policies and FAQs

A common question I get is in regards to the Frames and Mats. We currently do NOT sell frames and mats, nor are they included with any of my prints. My listings show the artwork framed simply as a way of showing how the artwork will look displayed. The cost of shipping frames is simply something that I cannot offer competitively at this time. I have found several reliable sources for my frames that I would be happy to share with you.

Another frequent question I get is to create prints with copyrighted material in it. As much as I would love to offer these things to you, it is morally and ethically wrong for me to create prints that contain trademarked or copyrighted material in it or to copy another artists work, and all requests of such will be turned down.
