My true passion is designing and creating. In 2009, to fill my creative need, I launched “Little Retreats” - my own personal little retreat away from life’s busyness to craft and design. One year later, my evening retreat to the craft room had flourished into a thriving business both on and offline. As a result, I left my corporate HR role to pursue a dream.
Through hard work, passion, an eye for detail, and offering the very best customer service I can, 18,000+ orders have been shipped and my products have reached 38 countries around the world. I’ve had the true honor to work with such clients as Nordstrom, Condé Nast, Harpo, Rhapsody, Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Rafanelli Events, Michelle Rago, and more.

Please be aware that monitor colors vary greatly- colors may appear different in person. If you have any questions or concerns let’s chat! :)
Non-personalized items may be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, and only if still in original condition and packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges.
Due to their customized nature, personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on my end I will replace the item free of charge.

Shipping
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure Etsy has the accurate address. If you would like your purchase to go to a different address please specify the third party address in the “message to seller” box when ordering.
Little Retreats ships via USPS.
*DOMESTIC (US BOUND SHIPPING)
-Please allow 2-5 business days for domestic shipping.
-Tracking numbers and delivery confirmations via email are sent with each order.
-Little Retreats is NOT responsible for packages 'lost' or 'delayed' due to USPS Postal error.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International Orders ship via Air Mail, the best choice for your package to arrive to you promptly and safely, for a fair rate.
The *average* transit time for International delivery is about 3-4 weeks, however shipping times vary greatly depending on your location, the time of the year, and your local postal service...
NOTE: We can NOT give you an exact delivery date nor promise that your package will arrive by a certain day, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in customs at the borders.
TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We can NOT tell you where your order is during transit- only the ship date and delivery date once it arrives.
Often international shipments are held at your local post office for pickup (not just dropped at your doorstep), so PLEASE be sure to check there if you are waiting on your order...often they forget to leave you a note.
Depending on your country, customs charges or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country where you live. They are NOT included in the price of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS, PLEASE ORDER EARLY IF YOU ARE WANTING YOUR ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE.
Some international locations, even Canada, can take 6 weeks or more to arrive in some cases...it just really depends on customs as well as the postal service in your country.
