It has been almost two months and I have not received the item from this seller and she refuses to contact me back. I am going to have to file a claim against this seller. I am incredibly unhappy!

About

Little Scotia

Little Scotia started as a way to bring the Down-East-Come-In-The-Kitchen feel of Nova Scotia, into our Cottage House in Ontario.

We make dolls, love miniatures, and sell in local stores and at local Farmers Markets in the warm season.

We sold on ebay for a while, but etsy fits our friendly Down East style so much better!

Started as a way to earn from home as The Pixies and The Big Tall Boy were growing up, it's turned into a family venture.

We update quite a bit on our Facebook page, and let you know where we'll be selling and showing there too!

The toy line is a mixture of playable items that are suitable for younger children, and an eccentric mix of critters, monkeys and girls that primarily end up with teens and adults. We also love to make miniatures that are also playable and displayable.

I make each piece to make me smile. Then, I do a happy dance, and take pictures for my photo album, before finding permanent homes for them.

Little Scotia strives to maintain GREEN practices! We use recycled and thrifted goods in making new toys and jewellery, and when necessary, buy new supplies from individual artisans in Canada and the United States. We give new life to vintage items by offering them to you as they are, or upcycling them into something else. Some items that were destined to go in the garbage, only because they were "out of style" instead of non-functioning and unrecyclable are upcycled into "new" and beautiful creations.
