Announcement    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES. Between COVID and the amount of packages being shipped during the holiday season, USPS is severely backlogged. Once we drop it off, we have no control over the shipping process. We will be glad to help you with the tracking information or file a lost package claim with USPS if they deem it 'lost'. Packages are sitting in locations for several days, even weeks* sometimes. Please be aware of this when purchasing, even after the holidays as it may take them a while to catch up on deliveries. We cannot offer refunds for delayed or missing packages. That claim will need to be filed with USPS. We're sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.

All domestic orders placed after December 8th MIGHT not arrive before Christmas. With regular shipping, there is no way to know if your order will be delayed or not.

International orders are not guaranteed by Christmas due to delays with shipping services, being held-up at Customs, or COVID-related issues.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once your package is handed off to USPS. We take photos of every order once they're packaged and we opt for a 'safer' packaging method rather than a 'stylish' one. This is to assure that your candles are as safe as possible in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please feel free to contact us immediately and send photos. We can then assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Not all orders automatically come with shipping insurance; please carefully look over your shipping selection and you can also add insurance to your package for an additional cost. This will be through USPS, not through us.

No refunds will be given on any shipped item, only exchanges EXCEPT*** for orders that have been customized. The shipping costs will be your responsibility if you request an exchange and the new candle will not be sent out until we have received the old one and have verified it's still in new condition. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of the items we sell, it's not feasible to accept returns, especially on candles that have personalized labels as we would not be able to resell them.
