Here's a little bit about my background: I grew up in the Detroit area in Michigan, and have been drawing my whole life. Usually, I would draw still lifes of anything around the house, using charcoal or pastels as my medium. Mostly chairs, stairs, bowls of fruit, etc.

I followed the traditional career path and went to college. A portfolio of your best work was required to be accepted into art school. So I spent my entire Senior year in high school, drawing and sketching.

My hard work paid off, and I was accepted into the College for Creative Studies, in Detroit. Otherwise known as CCS. When I graduated in 2001, with an animation degree, I landed my first real job creating graphics and visual effects for commercials. After working there for four years, I moved on to Los Angeles.

Since then I have worked as a compositor, in California, on films, commercials, music videos, and television episodes. It's been a great learning experience, and definitely an exciting journey!

Working at a job in the real world, doesn't necessarily allow you to create your own art. So that is really how I got started with my own online store.

I decided to start drawing art for myself that I thought was funny. Every piece of art in my store is my own quirky humor, transformed onto paper.

Why infant shirts? Well, that all started when my nephews were born. I wanted to create something fun for them to wear. And shortly after their shirts were completed, others showed interest in them as well. So I decided to create more and see where it would lead me.

I've learned life is such a journey, and art has taken me from each point so far. I look forward to what the future holds for me in my creativity!
