Payment
Pay Pal and Credit cards are my preferred method of payment because it is the safest and fastest method. Payment must be received within 48 hours of placing an order to insure timely shipping. If you are unable to make a payment within the deadline, please notify me as soon as possible otherwise the order will be canceled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received and are shipped via United States Postal Service. I can ship sooner as long as the buyer notifies me.

Arrival dates vary per destination so I cannot guarantee when your order will reach you.

Unfortunately, insurance and delivery confirmation are only available for orders made in the United States. If you would like insurance and/or delivery conformation, please contact me. Adding one of these services will cost an additional 75 cent or $1.50 USD for both. Payments for such can be made directly through Pay Pal
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are for whatever reasons unhappy with your order, please notify me within 7 days of your purchase. Also I can only refund after I received the returned item.

In the event an item is damaged in transit, please contact me. I will either send a new item at no additional cost or refund the purchase. If an order is lost in transit, I will gladly send a replacement.
