Payment
I prefer payment via Paypal, however I will accept a Money Order if you contact me prior to making your purchase.
Shipping
I ship all jewelry via U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail. I will insure the item for its value and will also include delivery confirmation. It rarely happens, but if an item is damaged or lost in transit, contact me and I will provide the information necessary for you to make the claim with the Post Office.
Refunds and Exchanges
The most common reason for a refund or exchange is size. If you provide me with your hand measurement please measure carefully.

Bangle bracelets cannot be resized, they must be totally remade. If your bracelet does not fit because you gave me the wrong measurement, I will take it back for store credit, minus a $10 restocking fee. You can use that credit for another item or I can make another bangle in the proper size.

Bracelets with a clasp can often be resized but if yours doesn't fit, check with me before sending it back for resizing. If it doesn't fit because you measured incorrectly, I will resize it for $10 plus return shipping. If it is my mistake (yes, it can happen!), I will pay your return shipping, resize the piece and ship it back at my cost.

My beadweaving is generally very sturdy but accidents DO happen. I am happy to make repairs or replacements if, say, your earring catches in your sweater and accidentally goes through the washer or a thread comes loose and something is unraveling. If the problem is due to my workmanship, I'll make the repair for free. If it's something you've done, I charge a nominal fee for the work, plus return postage.

Beadwoven jewelry is fairly sturdy but should not be abused. Keep it dry and clean with a dry cloth. Some bead finishes, particularly metallic and galvanized ones, may be prone to wearing off, so I recommend NOT using any lotions on your arm when wearing these types of beads.
Additional policies and FAQs
I require Made-to-Order items to be purchased and paid in full before beginning work. You may purchase your piece via an existing listing or, if your piece is a custom design, via a 'reserved for' listing that I will post specifically for you.
